About The Spiritual Nanny™

Rev. Barbara Ann Simone's Spiritual life journey has led her to dedicate herself to inspire, educate and lead children of all ages to consciously live a connected life to their own Inner Spirit.

Barbara Ann holds a BS in Early Childhood Education. She is a certified elementary school teacher who has taught children from pre-school through Junior High.

She has written a variety of academic as well as spiritual curriculum which she implemented and taught in elementary schools, homes schools (grades 2-6) and Adult Institutes.

Barbara Ann's talents and creativity goes far beyond teaching and writing curriculum. She has coached boys and girls sports teams, wrote, directed and produced school plays, created after school programs and has worked as a camp director/counselor.

Her success with children is based on her ability to understand a child's soul, as she speaks their language in such a way to inspire them to choose to live from their Inner Greatness. Not only has she demonstrated this ability in the classroom, but also as a nanny for a family with 4 children, where added many tools to her Spiritual Tool Box to empower families. She knows first hand how to implement and sustain spiritual ideas in a household.

Barbara Ann developed and taught Sunday School programs in many churches. Her uniqueness and creativity caught the attention of one of the largest New Thought organizations in the country where she wrote a year's curriculum for children and teens.

She is a certified Life Empowerment Coach who has developed and facilitated life-changing spiritual parenting classes. She is a dynamic presenter!

Throughout all her loving experiences with children, Barbara Ann was also spending much time with her other love - metaphysical teachings. She has spent the last 26 years studying spiritual and metaphysical teachings from all over the world, discovering the universal messages they all contain. In The Masters' Classroom!™, her love for children and her love for spiritual teachings come full circle. Her vision is to create a new, fun, video/DVD series for television, which empowers children and families with universal, spiritual principles.

Currently, Barbara Ann is a Youth Minister at the Center for Creative Living in Princeton, NJ. She teaches the younger children while her husband, Rev. Peter, works with teens. Both Barbara Ann and Peter are licensed affirmative prayer practitioners and ministerial students. They have both been studying New Thought teachings for over 10 years.

Barbara Ann lives with her husband, Peter, and their two terrier dogs, Merlin and Mystie, outside of Princeton, NJ.
